By using this website, the Client confirms that:

• all information provided is accurate and up to date;
• they consent to the processing of their data for order fulfillment and customer service purposes.

Please note that incomplete or inaccurate information may prevent us from processing an order.

Shipping information may be shared with selected logistics and delivery partners solely for the purpose of fulfilling deliveries.

Clients agree not to place false, fraudulent, or speculative orders. Studio Olivete reserves the right to cancel any such orders and, where appropriate, report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

This website is intended for individuals aged 18 years or older. By using this website, the User confirms that they are legally capable of entering into binding agreements. Studio Olivete cannot be held responsible for unauthorized use of the website by minors.

4. Purchase Process

To place an order, the Client must select the desired modules and send the inquiry. Product descriptions and specifications are provided for each item, and it is the Client’s responsibility to review them before sending the inquiry. We will get back to the client via email to confirm the inquiry and clarify th following steps regarding the payment and shipping.

5. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping Areas

Shipping availability and costs may vary depending on the product dimensions and destination. For additional countries or custom requests, please contact us directly.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated after sending the inquiry and depend on product dimensions, quantity, and delivery destination. We will provide those costs in the final quote.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the item and production schedule. As a general guideline, confirmed orders are delivered within approximately 4-6 weeks.

For larger or custom orders, delivery estimates will be provided separately.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may be affected by product availability, production schedules, or logistical circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Conditions

Upon delivery, the Client is responsible for inspecting the shipment and confirming the number and condition of the packages received.

If a package appears visibly damaged, the Client should refuse delivery or clearly reject acceptance with the carrier. Notes such as “pending inspection” may not be accepted as valid claims.

For hidden damage or defects not visible at delivery, claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt and should include:

• a written description of the issue;
• photographs where applicable.

Claims should be sent by email to hello@studio-olivete.com.

After this period, products will be considered accepted in good condition.

6. Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Studio Olivete will contact the Client as soon as possible to discuss alternatives or cancellation options.

7. Errors During the Ordering Process

If the Client notices an error in their personal information or order details, they should contact Studio Olivete immediately at hello@studio-olivete.com.

8. Transfer of Risk & Ownership

Responsibility for the products transfers to the Client upon delivery.

Ownership of the products remains with Studio Olivete until full payment, including shipping costs, has been received.

9. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Studio Olivete reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, confirmed orders will not be affected by subsequent price changes.

10. Payments

Payments are only possible via direct transfer. We will send our data with the final bill and the product will only be built after we have received full payment.

11. Invoices

Electronic invoices are available upon request and will be sent by email.

The invoice number or order number should be referenced in any communication regarding the order, returns, or warranty claims.

12. Right of Withdrawal

Since our furniture is custom-made for each customer, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

13. Legal Warranty

Products are covered by the legal warranty period established under applicable Portuguese consumer law.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence, improper use, accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

To request a warranty assessment, the Client must return the affected product for inspection.

If the issue is determined to result from a manufacturing defect or material fault, Studio Olivete will, at its discretion:

• replace the product; or
• provide a full refund.

14. Limitation of Liability

Studio Olivete’s liability shall be limited to the value of the purchased product.

Studio Olivete shall not be liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, or losses resulting from misuse of the products or website, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Use of the website and its content is at the User’s own responsibility.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, images, text, branding, product concepts, and visual materials, is the intellectual property of Studio Olivete unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Unauthorized use of Studio Olivete’s intellectual property may result in legal action.

16. Force Majeure

Studio Olivete shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, supply shortages, or governmental actions.

Failure by Studio Olivete to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any rights.

21. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any contracts concluded through this website are governed by Portuguese law.

Any disputes arising from the use of this website or related purchases shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
